Most people who find themselves on this site are feeling dissatisfied, overwhelmed, and disgusting. On the outside, things may not seem that bad. In fact, you might be thinking that your life should feel good and you should be happy, but there's this underlying discontent, and you keep finding yourself searching for a way to feel "good enough".

It's not that you're unmotivated to make things better. Maybe you've done therapy in the past, or have tried yoga, dieting, and prayer. But you're not getting enough of what you need on your own, and you sense something better is possible.

If that's what is going on for you, I want you to know you are not alone. I also want you to know there is a way to feeling confident, relaxed, and truly happy. Feeling "good enough" and satisified may be as close as giving us a call. We can help you find ways to overcome the oppression, stress, fear, and disgust you are currently feeling.

Counseling allows you to explore your thinking, your body, and your soul so you better understand yourself, your needs and wants. Counseling allows you the opportunity to discuss the things that shame you, embarrass you, and control you. When you can do this safely and free from judgment you will find you feel a deeper sense of fulfillment, healing, and happiness.

Therapy is an awesome opportunity to have one-on-one care and attention so you can gain perspective and find ways to improve confidence and stress. Our work has helped individuals alleviate suffering caused by injustice, family circumstances, and life experiences. We have helped people work through self- harming thought patterns and behaviors, and we have supported people wanting to make changes to live a happier and more fulfilled life.

Listen, we so get it. We have all experienced pain and dissatisfaction. There were times we felt things were not right, but were unable to figure out why.
